M. (Buda) Erel – Founder & CEO

Mr. Erel held senior positions of Finance management, Marketing and General Management in the Israeli Ministry of Finance, Israel Chemicals (ICL), Azorim and Clal Trading.

For the last 20 years Mr. Erel is working in the Balkan region started as the CEO of Strauss Group in Croatia by establishing the coffee operation of Strauss-Elite Croatia. Then in his private Company Mr. Erel deals with export of technologies, products and services from Israel to the Balkans in the fields of agriculture, medicine, energy and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).

During these years we retained excellent relationships with many companies in the region in these fields.

Graduate of the Hebrew University in Economics (majoring in Finance) and MBA in business administration. 

Tamar Erel – Consulting and Business Development

Tamar has a broad and diverse experience of more than 25 years of experience in managing and executing projects in various fields, such as developing operational structure & strategy, sale services, KPI management and Business Development.

Former member of Bank Hapoalim Business sector (large scale business) for the past 10 years specializes in SMB holistic development and implementation of DELTA program.

Tamar’s consulting experience includes consulting and business development for variuos sectores - services, production companies, and Family owned SMB Factories. 

Tamar holds BA in Business Administration and MA in Conflict Management and Resolution.

 Ran Landau 

Former senior executive at Philip Morris International as VP of Sales and Business Development in the Balkans / Former Yugoslavia.

He took a leading role in the business establishment and management of distribution in the entry of Philip Morris to Croatia and to the Balkan region.

Have excellent personal and business relationships with distributors and retailers in Croatia and the region.

Currently serves as a senior executive of business development in a pan-European distribution company (active in 19 European countries).

Graduate and MBA of the Tel Aviv University in economics and business management.

 Mr. Daniel Benko

Mr. Benko is the founding, director and owner of the Croatian law firm based in Zagreb BENKO I PARTNERI d.o.o. specializing in the commercial law fields. The firm is active in business and especially in the field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the Balkans (Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia and Bosnia) and France.

Mr. Benko graduated his Law studies in Croatia and is registered in Croatia; he is a graduate of the Sorbonne University in Paris.
